Ms. Force graduated from Goucher College in Towson, Maryland in 1985, earning her Bachelor of Arts in English. She went on to attend the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 1999. In 2003, Ms. Force obtained her Master of Law in Taxation, allowing her to provide her clients with comprehensive legal services in estate planning and estate administration/probate matters.
Ms. Force is an active member of the legal community, holding memberships in the Maryland State Bar Association's Estates and Trust Law and Elder Law sections.
